UzzApp can be integrated with any external system that supports webhooks or REST APIs.

Integration types available

  • Outgoing Webhook: UzzApp sends events (new message, new contact, conversation resolved) to an external URL.
  • REST API: read and write data in UzzApp via HTTP endpoints.
  • Native integrations: Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce (available on Business plan and above).
  • Zapier / Make: connect UzzApp to 3,000+ apps without code.

How to configure a webhook

  1. 1Go to Settings → Integrations → "New Webhook".
  2. 2Enter the destination URL.
  3. 3Select the events you want to receive.
  4. 4Configure authentication headers if needed.
  5. 5Save and test.
