UzzApp has two predefined access profiles and allows inviting unlimited team members (depending on the plan).
Access profiles
- Administrator: full access — settings, credentials, agents, analytics, plans, integrations.
- Agent: access only to conversations, contacts and assigned CRM cards. Cannot access credentials or settings.
How to invite a team member
- 1Go to Settings → Users → "Invite User".
- 2Enter the email.
- 3Select the profile: Administrator or Agent.
- 4Click "Send Invitation".
- 5The user receives an email to create their password.
Conversation assignment
Administrators can configure automatic conversation routing rules based on tags, keywords or time of day to assign to specific agents.
