How to upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan in UzzApp.

Change Plan — Upgrade or Downgrade

You can change your UzzApp plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How to change plans

  1. 1Go to Settings → Plan.
  2. 2Click "Change Plan".
  3. 3Select the new plan.
  4. 4Confirm the change and payment.
  5. 5For upgrades: charged proportionally for the remainder of the current period.
  6. 6For downgrades: new plan takes effect from the next renewal.

Before downgrading

Check if your current usage exceeds the limits of the new plan. If you have more agents or conversations than the lower plan allows, some features may be limited.
