What is your role at Uzz.Ai?
At Uzz.Ai, I work on building strategies and institutional partnerships, helping the company grow in a structured, responsible way aligned with purpose. My role is to connect analytical vision and human impact, ensuring that every project has clear direction, consistency and generates real value for the business.
What is your specialty?
I hold a master's degree in Public Policy from UFRGS, with specialization in state planning and educational policies. Throughout my career, I worked in coordination with different government levels, international organizations and universities, always focused on turning good ideas into applicable solutions. This experience strengthens my performance in strategic planning, scenario analysis and impact-driven decision making.
What kind of day do you value?
I value days when I can be in motion and connected with people. I enjoy playing basketball, skateboarding and spending time with friends and family. Those are the moments when I recharge and find inspiration to keep pursuing collective improvements.
