At Uzz.Ai, I am responsible for financial planning and management, ensuring that every step the company takes is strategic, sustainable and aligned with our long-term goals. I work by transforming numbers into intelligent decisions, supporting the company's solid growth and efficient operations.
What is your specialty?
I have a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul and also work as manager of the Colavoro Sanvitto Coworking. This trajectory allowed me to develop strong analytical vision, combined with administrative management and strategic thinking — skills I apply daily to structure Uzz.Ai's finances, processes and decisions.
What kind of day do you value?
I value productive and balanced days, when I can stay focused on work and still enjoy the moments that truly matter. I enjoy playing tennis, barbecuing with friends and family and following Esporte Clube Juventude. That is how I recharge and keep evolving, personally and professionally.
