Bulk broadcasts allow sending an approved template to hundreds or thousands of contacts at once. UzzApp manages the sending rate automatically to comply with Meta limits and protect your number.

Meta Sending Limits

Every WhatsApp Business API account has tier-based sending limits. Tier 1: up to 1,000 unique conversations/day. Tier 2: 10,000/day. Tier 3: 100,000/day. Unlimited tier: unlimited. Your tier increases automatically as you send more messages with good quality.

How to configure a bulk broadcast

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → "New Bulk Broadcast".
  2. 2Select an approved template.
  3. 3Import contact list via CSV or select by tag.
  4. 4Configure the sending rate (messages per minute).
  5. 5Set the schedule: immediate or future date/time.
  6. 6Review and confirm.

Monitoring the broadcast

  • Real-time sending progress bar.
  • Counters: sent, delivered, read, failed.
  • Export results report at the end.
  • Automatic pause if error rate exceeds configured threshold.
