Below are the questions we receive most often, aligned with our internal support center. Account and access

  • How do I create my account? → Access uzzai.com.br, click "Get Started" and follow the registration steps. After confirming your email, access the dashboard.
  • I forgot my password. → Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive a reset link via email.
  • Can I have multiple companies in the same account? → No. Each company is an independent account (Client ID). Contact support to create additional accounts.

WhatsApp and Meta API

  • Do I need a separate number for UzzApp? → Yes. The WhatsApp Business API requires a dedicated number — it cannot be a number already active in WhatsApp personal or standard Business.
  • Does the number get blocked? → Not if you use UzzApp correctly. We are an Official Meta Partner and operate through the Official API. Sending spam or violating Meta policies can lead to blocking — but normal use is completely safe.
  • Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number? → Yes, as long as you migrate it to the API (the number will be disconnected from the Business app).

AI and Knowledge Base

  • What AI models does UzzApp use? → Groq (Llama 3.3 70B) for fast responses and OpenAI (GPT-4o) for complex responses and image vision. You choose per agent.
  • How does the knowledge base work? → You upload PDFs and documents. UzzApp indexes them using vector embeddings. When a customer asks something, the AI finds the most relevant excerpt via semantic search.
  • Does the AI make things up (hallucinate)? → Like all language models, there is a risk. To minimize this: keep the knowledge base up to date, use temperature between 0.3–0.5 and configure the AI to respond with "I don't know" when it has no information.

CRM and Conversations

  • Does UzzApp have a native CRM? → Yes, a kanban pipeline with automation rules, Meta Ads tracking and conversation history linked to each contact.
  • How does human handoff work? → The AI identifies triggers (customer requests human, keyword, number of failed attempts) and transfers the conversation to the "Pending" queue. The team receives a notification and takes over manually.
  • Can multiple agents access conversations simultaneously? → Yes. Unlike WhatsApp Business, UzzApp supports unlimited concurrent agents.

Costs and Billing

  • What is the cost per conversation? → UzzApp charges a monthly subscription per plan. Additionally, Meta charges per conversation initiated by the company (template). Service conversations (customer initiates) are free for the first 1,000/month.
  • How do I see AI consumption costs? → Go to Settings → Plan → Usage Report. You will see tokens consumed per model and estimated cost.
  • Does UzzApp have a free trial? → Yes, 14 days free on any plan, no credit card required.
