Getting Started
- How long does initial setup take? → Average of 2-4 hours for the complete setup (Meta app, credentials, agent prompt, knowledge base, test).
- Do I need technical knowledge to set up? → Basic technical knowledge is sufficient. Our team provides support during onboarding.
- Does UzzApp have a mobile app? → The dashboard is fully responsive and can be used on mobile browsers. A dedicated native app is on the roadmap.
Campaigns and Templates
- How long does template approval take? → Usually 30 minutes to 24 hours. Utility and authentication templates are faster.
- Can I resend a rejected template? → Yes, after adjusting the content according to the rejection reason.
- Is there a limit to templates I can create? → No limit on the number of templates, but Meta limits the number of active templates per account.
Security and LGPD
- Where is data stored? → On servers in Brazil (AWS São Paulo), in compliance with LGPD.
- Does UzzApp sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement)? → Yes, available upon request for Business and Enterprise plans.
- How are credentials protected? → All API keys are stored encrypted with AES-256. No team member can view the values.
