Test a Flow Before Publishing

Before activating a flow in production, always test it in the UzzApp simulator to ensure the logic and messages are correct.

How to test a flow

  1. 1In the flow editor, click "Simulate".
  2. 2The side panel opens with a chat simulator.
  3. 3Type messages as if you were the customer.
  4. 4The flow executes in real time — you can see which node is being processed.
  5. 5Check message content, variables and conditions.
  6. 6Adjust and retest until everything is correct.

Simulation does not send real messages

The simulator runs completely in the browser without using the WhatsApp API. No messages are sent to real numbers during the test.
