Account Configuration — Profile, Users and Preferences

Account settings define your company information on the platform, who has access to the dashboard and how notifications and general preferences work. This configuration is done once and can be adjusted at any time.

Accessing Settings

  1. 1In the Dashboard side menu, click "Settings".
  2. 2The settings panel is divided into tabs: Company Profile, Users, Notifications, Credentials and Plan.

Tab: Company Profile

  • Company name: appears in logs and internal reports.
  • Time zone: important for message scheduling and analytics reports.
  • Default language: sets the dashboard interface language.
  • Client ID: your unique identifier on the platform (used in the webhook URL). Cannot be changed.

Tab: Users — Add Team Members

  1. 1Click the "Users" tab in settings.
  2. 2Click "Invite User" and enter the new member's email.
  3. 3Select the access profile: Administrator (full access) or Agent (access to conversations and contacts only).
  4. 4The user will receive an invitation email to create their password and access the dashboard.
  5. 5You can remove or change any user's profile at any time.

Access Profiles

Administrator: full access to the dashboard, including settings, credentials, agents, analytics and plan. Agent: access only to the Conversations Dashboard and Contacts — ideal for support team members who only need to manage customer service.

Tab: Notifications

  • Enable or disable email notifications when a conversation is transferred to a human.
  • Configure which events trigger push notifications in the mobile app.
  • Set the quiet hours (no notifications) for outside business hours.

Tab: Credentials (Vault)

  • All API keys are stored here in encrypted form (AES-256).
  • META_ACCESS_TOKEN: WhatsApp Business API access token.
  • META_PHONE_NUMBER_ID: Phone number ID in Meta.
  • META_APP_SECRET: App secret in Meta Developers.
  • META_VERIFY_TOKEN: Webhook verification token (you define).
  • OPENAI_API_KEY: OpenAI key (for GPT-4o, Whisper, TTS, Embeddings).
  • GROQ_API_KEY: Groq key (for Llama 3.3 70B).

Credential Security

Credentials are encrypted before being saved. No team member (not even administrators) can see the value of keys after saving them — only overwrite. If a key is compromised, generate a new one from the provider and update it here.

Tab: Plan

  • View your current plan, renewal date and included features.
  • See the month's token consumption and configured budget.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed.
