Conditions and triggers make your flows intelligent — they can behave differently based on customer answers, tags or external data.

Types of conditions

  • Customer response contains a keyword.
  • Contact has (or does not have) a specific tag.
  • Custom variable equals a value.
  • Current time is within a configured range.
  • Contact is in a CRM stage.

Types of triggers

  • Keyword: customer sends a specific word or phrase.
  • Campaign button: customer clicks a campaign template button.
  • New conversation: first contact of any customer.
  • Webhook: external event activates the flow.
  • Schedule: flow starts at a defined date/time.
