The Uzz.Ai support team is available to help with technical issues, configuration questions and account emergencies.
Available support channels
- Email: support@uzzai.com.br — for all inquiries. SLA: 24 business hours.
- WhatsApp: +55 (54) 99284-1942 — for urgent issues. SLA: 4 business hours.
- Help Center (this platform): self-service for most questions.
- Schedule a call: calendly.com/uzzai — for more complex onboarding or consultations.
What to include in a support request
- Your Client ID (Settings → My Account).
- Description of the issue with steps to reproduce.
- Screenshots or videos if possible.
- Date and time when the issue occurred.
- Whether it is affecting production.
Critical issues
For issues that completely prevent the use of UzzApp (e.g., all messages blocked, agents not responding), use WhatsApp and mention "CRITICAL" — this prioritizes your request.
Business hours
- Standard support: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (Brasília time).
- Emergency support: 24/7 for critical issues on Business and Enterprise plans.
