How to Request Support

The Uzz.Ai support team is available to help with technical issues, configuration questions and account emergencies.

Available support channels

  • Email: support@uzzai.com.br — for all inquiries. SLA: 24 business hours.
  • WhatsApp: +55 (54) 99284-1942 — for urgent issues. SLA: 4 business hours.
  • Help Center (this platform): self-service for most questions.
  • Schedule a call: calendly.com/uzzai — for more complex onboarding or consultations.

What to include in a support request

  • Your Client ID (Settings → My Account).
  • Description of the issue with steps to reproduce.
  • Screenshots or videos if possible.
  • Date and time when the issue occurred.
  • Whether it is affecting production.

Critical issues

For issues that completely prevent the use of UzzApp (e.g., all messages blocked, agents not responding), use WhatsApp and mention "CRITICAL" — this prioritizes your request.

Business hours

  • Standard support: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (Brasília time).
  • Emergency support: 24/7 for critical issues on Business and Enterprise plans.
